Job Description:
- Implement Human Resources policies and procedures
- Responsible for Records Management for contractors'
- Provide quarterly updates on headcount
- Handle work pass application and visa for employees
- Advise employees on Human Resources policies and employees relations issues
- Providing support to Human Resource Department
- Co-coordinating recruitment and staffing activities
- Organise events and work with vendors
- Provide quarterly reports and data analytics
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Min 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience in fast paced and MNC environments
- Meticulous, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, mature and with initiative
