Job Description:
- Develop and implement the Branch's Retail & Private Bank Credit policies and procedures, to ensure adherence to business strategy & risk appetite set for the Branch
- Review all Retail Bank and Private Bank credit proposals and annual reviews, to ensure that the credit proposals / requests meet the minimum risk acceptance criteria set by the Branch
- Support Retail & Private Bank business transactions and manage relevant credit portfolio risk
- Review letter of offers and other credit related documents that are not prepared with external legal assistance
- Monitor collateral value / LTV% for secured loans, margin finance, etc.
- Provide credit support in Retail & Private Bank loan operations (e.g. limit activation form preparation and loan drawdown checklists preparation)
- Monitor and manage special-mentioned and classified Credits in accordance to Local and Head Office guidelines
- Any other duties assigned by Head of Credit Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience within the Banking Industry (Consumer Banking, Private Banking)
- Direct exposure to Retail Bank risk management desirable
- Strong and proven track record in credit assessment & credit risk management with solid
- Consumer Bank & Private Bank product knowledge
- Able to read and write Mandarin (Liaise with Chinese clients)
- Proven ability to interact with stakeholders, external professionals
- Attuned interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
Salary: $5,000 Per Month
