CLIENT DATA & DOCUMENT SERVICES OFFICER, BANKING (CONTRACT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform and provide support on all aspects of client administration duties
  • Statements/advices reprint, retained and returned mails handling, bank reference letter issuance, etc.
  • Document management and custodian of client files both physical and electronic

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling client static data within the banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and work within a team
  • Working knowledge of Avaloq system will be an added advantage
