BANK TRADE OPERATIONS OFFICER (TRADE BILLS - IMPORT TEAM) - CONTRACT

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle/ process all trade transaction in accordance with the procedure manual, rules and regulations
  • To perform reconciliation duties on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • To handle internal/ external customers' trade related queries in a professional manner
  • Scan office copies to Shared Service Centre (SSC) and liaison with SSC
  • Counter duties
  • Mailing of documents
  • Sorting & filing of advices/ office copies
  • Retrieval of files
  • Packing for offsite storage
  • Other miscellaneous activities/tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • At least 2-3 years experience in handling trade operations
  • Good communication skill is required to interact with marketing

Salary: $2,800 Per Month
