Job Description

Position Title: Investment Banking Senior Officer

Reporting: Head of Investment Banking

Main Tasks and Duties

1. Arranging IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance activities
2. Due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements
3. Liaising with legal advisers and accountants in drafting and reviewing of Prospectus and other relevant documents
4. Reviewing document submission to SGX
5. Organising roadshows for placement and promotion of bank’s equity capital markets activities
6. Merger & Acquisition financial advisory work
7. Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head

Job Requirements

Education

Recognised bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business or related discipline

Working Experience

1. Must have IPO execution experience - completed at least 3 IPO execution deals in the past 5 years where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" in the IPO
2. Reits and/or Business Trust IPO execution experience where the bank acted as "Issue Manager"
3. M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be advantageous
4. ECM distribution experience for both IPO and secondary fund raising will be advantageous

1. English
2. Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees
