Our reputable MNC client is looking for Accounting Manager to join their team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting with at least 5-years’ experience or related studies
- Able to work independently and a team-player as well
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Experienced in trading & service industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cashflow forecast
- Involved in approve cash transaction (payment, transfer, fixed deposit, loan)
- Assist in cash & foreign exchange risk management
- Responsible for budgeting (annual budget & half-yearly budget, monthly actual & budget analysis report)
- Assist in prepare financial statement & month-end closing
- Work closely with auditor for the reporting, J-SOX & financial report)
- Responsible for all taxation matters (corporate income tax, GST, Withholding Tax, transfer pricing) & GST report to Singapore Comptroller of Goods & Services Tax
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters (AGM, annual return, change of director, change of authorized Bank Signatories, shares transfer via Dividend in specie etc.)
- Assist in staff management
- Support ad-hoc assignment from Management
Work Schedule/ Location
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
- Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT Station
