Responsibilities:
Customer administration duties for electronics banking services (Operator) include:
- To receive applications from CMS Depts and register or update customer information in the various electronic banking systems
- Preparation of daily customers’ server log and day-end summary reports
- Filing and maintenance of customer’s registration forms and cabinet files, including online scanning of forms
- Support in the archival of cabinet files to warehouse
- Support the Business Admin and Workflow Team in admin and anu other genera duties as required
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- 1-2 years’ administrative experience supporting in the banking environment preferred
- Meticulous, attention to details
- MS Office Applications
Salary: $2,500 Per Month
