Responsibilities:
- This position is part of the Client Service team and the main responsibility is to provide daily customer support for the whole spectrum of our transaction banking products.
- The candidate will also be expected to undertake end to end SMAR&TS onboarding process from platform explanation to user training.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- 1-2 years client servicing/ transaction banking experience in the banking environment
- Meticulous, attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: $3000 Per Month
