Primary duties:
- Liaising with Hong Kong trade finance platform
- Assist team in vessel and counterparties scanning/ raising of checklist
- Release/Receive documents at counters to/from client
- Despatch export documents by DHL / sort advices (end of the day)
Secondary duties:
- Handle FOL wherever possible
- Print SIDE swift messages
- Upload receipt of swift payment/acceptance notification to Eboni for processing
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holders
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trade finance in the banking industry
- Familiar with trade finance operations and documentation
- Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Eboni Asia, ISIS, Fircosoft Continuity, Trade Patter, Dow Jones, Purple Trac, Lloyd Intelligence
