Role Description - Summary:
To support primarily Security Transfer-in and on-boarding Specialist Team in Singapore who manage and provide effective guidance to Front Office in their work processes and submissions, in terms of security transfer-in and new client account opening and KYC reviews. The role requires the candidate to understand the various asset transfers ins, liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all transfer-in related queries and support on-boarding on administrative and conduct name screening in internal and external search engines and create account structures in the core banking systems.
In his/her function as a Specialist Team Support the candidate can handle the daily BAU responsibilities on top of monitoring, tracking MI team performance and reporting on metrics.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Support all transfer-in requests from RC and ensure the transfer in is completed timely
- Liaise with Product and operations team for complex requests
- Manage E2E workflow for all transfer-in requests
- Liaise with legal and credit team where the asset transfer involves loan disbursements
- Liaise with external counterparties where required to complete the asset transfers
- Support on-boarding specialist team on name screening tasks for the data provided by the COBS team in internal and external search engines
- Create account structure, roles and date input in Appway or AVQ for new client on-boarding based on the details provided via excel or documents
- Participate in UAT if required
- Maintain the requests received in a systematic way for tracking and monitoring
- Month end MI preparation
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Knowledgeable and experienced in operations, account documentation knowledge and experience in banking or financial industry for at least 1- 2 years
- Ability to develop a good knowledge of the customer base, with sensitivity to specific customer needs.

Salary: $4,500 Per Month
