Contract Regional KYC Operations - Guarantor Remediation Project Manager (6 Months)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Role will be responsible for Project Managing end to end KYC remediation of Corporate Bank and Investment Bank guarantor’s population in APAC
  • Leading interaction with KYC due diligence teams – including vendor teams supporting KYC, plus APAC branches
  • Holding status updates calls with Vendors and Branches to track progress, roadblocks and issues facing locations
  • Define plans to resolve issues with progress & path to green per location for branches/vendors for underperforming locations
  • Escalate key risks and issues to regional KYC Ops management and global Guarantor project teams, to ensure transparency of challenges
  • Interact with regional KYC Policy & SME teams to seek guidance on KYC issues facing branches / vendors and policy alignment
  • Support capacity planning, to ensure adequate resourcing is in place to allow completion for remediation

Mandatory Requirements (Must have):

  • Extensive experience and understanding of end-to-end client lifecycle management, KYC Operations or Compliance
  • Project & production management of KYC / Operations
  • Good MI & Reporting experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications and able to synthesize information for senior management presentations especially strong excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimally degree holder

Other Requirements:

  • Understanding of Loan / Trade Finance & Guarantors is beneficial
  • Independent, self-motivated and a collaborative team player
  • Extremely hands-on with ability and interest to get into the details and understand front to back system and process flows, perform specific data analysis and identify solution alternatives.
  • Eye for detail and able to apply control framework around processes and identify gaps/risks.
  • Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively
  • Analytical and able to perform deep dives and root cause analysis

Salary: $11K Per Month
