Responsibilities:
- To handle walk in/call in customer enquires
- To maintain SME clients’ portfolio
- To assist department head for internal reporting and data consolidation
- To assist the Relationship Managers on credit and marketing activities such as account opening, know your customer review (KYC), prepare financial spreadsheet, input limits and transactions in GCMS, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/rollover, post loan monitoring and day to day operation, etc.
- To assist the Relationship Managers with their operational and administrative work
- Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to our \business needs, internal policies and procedures
- Any work assigned from time to time by your supervisor or the Management
Requirements:
- Recognized Bachelor Degree and above, preferably in Business and Banking
- Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- English & Mandarin language proficiency required in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
- Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
Salary: $5,000 Per Month
