Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement of customer profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Create, format and edit PowerPoint Presentations materials for both external and internal use.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making and management meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Japanese speaking (min N3 Level).
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, banking, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
