ADMIN SECRETARY (CONTRACT)

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE/ Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Team players who are can work in a fast-paced environment and keen to learn
  • Ability to work independently and a team player 
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Chinese speaking clients

 

Job Description:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Managing travel arrangements for team and visitors
  • Managing Expense reports
  • Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
  • Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
  • Manage/update organization information and data
  • Update and report budgets
  • Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects

 

Location: West area within walking distance from MRT Station 

Salary Range: $2,800
