- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE/ Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Chinese speaking clients
Job Description:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers
- Managing travel arrangements for team and visitors
- Managing Expense reports
- Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
- Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
- Manage/update organization information and data
- Update and report budgets
- Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects
Location: West area within walking distance from MRT Station
Salary Range: $2,800
