Job Description:
- Plan, Manage, coordinate changes across the Wealth Management application landscape in the APAC region as required by the book of work
- Manage the multiple work streams (business and technical disciplines)
- Act as interface between global Agile-run program and local waterfall implementation
- Develop and manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders across the global program, the regional business area, and supporting application & infrastructure teams
- E2E project management - coordinating timely execution of the project, which includes planning, identification of milestones, accompanied by user acceptance test phases as well as roll out, project documentation
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in leading projects and driving projects to their end-to-end solutions
- Awareness of data transfer and data security requirements from regulatory perspective
- Knowledge of vendor risk assessment processes
- Experience in the test management domain (test strategy, planning, execution)
- A good understanding of the SDLC and the parts that each group plays – with ability to drive this across a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodology
- PM Skills (preferably certified Prince 2 or PMP)
- Good communications skills
- Be well organised & pay attention to detail
- Knowledge of Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management
Job Requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to support both internal and external clients
- Experienced in leading projects and driving projects till delivery and experienced in test management
- Experience in managing multiple work streams of the Projects across Internal stakeholders and vendors
- Knowledge of Financial Services – ideally Wealth Management
- Some experience in handling Regulatory compliance to MAS/HKMA
- 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project & Test Management
Salary: $11,000 Per Month
