Nature of Project:
New Regulatory Reporting Change Transformation
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to evaluate data completeness and consistency relevant to regulatory reporting
- Documenting new regulatory reporting change impact on existing processes
- Liaising with Regulatory Reporting team, Front Office, Trade Management, Project, IT and external vendors to drive business requirements to meet new regulatory requirement and remediation
- Responsible for validating consistency between new regulatory change and existing regulatory reporting processes
- Responsible for tracking IT delivery to meet new regulatory reporting requirements and quantify the impact of sub-optimal delivery
- Applying new regulatory reporting requirements to the regulatory reporting process
- Differentiating the different regulatory reporting requirements across APAC regions
- Liaise with Compliance and project teams to achieve automation, providing requirements, testing and signoff on solutions
- Liaise with Front Office, Trade Validation, IT, External vendors etc. to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Understanding multiple processing systems across a variety of business functions
Job Requirements:
- Regulatory reporting experience will be preferred
- Experience with OTC Derivatives
- Intermediate Excel skill (pivot table, vlookup, formulas, VBA/Macro is a bonus)
- Have an eye for detail, meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good analytical ability
- Proactive approach towards work
- Able to work as part of a team, willing to take on tasks as workflow dictates
- Degree/diploma from recognized university/polytechnic
Salary : $6,800 Per Month
