Job Description:
- Perform Leave and attendance administration
- Processing of staff’s confirmation and contract renewal
- Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding matters
- Maintaining and updating of employee’s data
- Preparation of Manpower Report
- Processing of Government Paid claims
- Drafting of HR’s policy and memo
- Handle EP/SP applications and all work passes related matters
- Handle MOM survey
- Conduct staff orientation and arrange training for employees
- Managing Group medical insurance and other work related insurance
- Other HR ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree holder
1 or 2 years of HR experience in banking industry preferred
Singaporean / Singapore PR holders may apply
Proficient in both Chinese and English
Keen interest in performing HR related functions
Organise and meticulous
Salary: $4,000 Per Month
