Responsibilities:
- Review, maintain and drive/implement HR and Employment policies and framework across the full employee life-cycle. This would include but not limited to Recruitment, On-boarding, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations and Termination.
- Review soundness and competitiveness of existing policies, ensuring that the employer and employee needs are well balanced, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Guide and assist in the deployment of new initiatives
- Initiate changes where required; Educate HR, business managers and employees through various stages of implementing new policies/ processes
- Create and maintain standardized, streamlined processes and workflows to ensure optimal service delivery
- Provide oversight to ensure People Risk Framework is well-managed
Requirements:
- University degree holder with at least 10 -15 years’ experience in Human Resources function
- At least 10 years’ experience and deep knowledge in Employment and HR policies
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislations, statutory submissions and claims procedures
- Experience in implementing new changes or improvements
- A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate across all levels and teams
