Responsibilities:
The incumbent, HR Information and System (HRIS), will be responsible to ensure the on-time and quality implementation and support of the specific HRIS domain under his/her care.
Govern
- Standardize HR process and manage change in APAC post automation
- Manage employee communication for new HRIS launch in APAC
- Manage HR data standard/usage/integrity within APAC
- Review support model for the APAC
Control
- Manage system access design and review the effectiveness regularly
- Control privileged user access to HR Server, HR Systems
- Manage vendor and project resources
- Manage contract and review them regularly
Business Analysis
- Design Request for Proposal (RFP) for new HRIS implementation
- Design HR system solutions & re-engineer HR processes post automation
- Design QA plan & monitoring of test results from project resources
- Review and endorse changes in Admin Guide/User Guide
Requirements:
- University Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Tracked hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining at least 1 cloud module. Must have at least 1 complete experience in managing compliance requirements to meet MAS outsourcing requirements.
- Possess deep knowledge and keep abreast of market trends in the areas of HRIS
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint
- Advance knowledge in Excel & Analytics
- Project management experience
- Strong team player with ability to work well across all levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
