Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business
- 5-6 years of IT Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skill to liaise with managers and employees regularly and to communicate with potential job candidates.
- The ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork
- Ability to deal with confidential information
Salary: $8K to $9K
