Main roles and responsibilities:
- To process inward and outward remittances, Fixed Deposit or related entries
- Liaise with customers and relevant parties on payment instructions
- Attend to internal and external customer’s inquiry and investigate of non-receipt of funds
- To collect charges from customers
- To check the account opening documents for the Corporate and Private Banking customers
- To print and mail customer's daily receipts, monthly or yearly statements
- To prepare month end report and reporting data on Inward and Outward Remittances
- Coordinate with other business department on regular basis to optimize the internal system and procedure
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Manager
Skills and Experience Required
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Banking and Finance, International Business or other related disciplines
- Fresh Degree holder may apply (training will be provided)
- 1 to 2 years of remittance/ deposits experience
- Good knowledge of Accounting will be advantageous
- Proficient PC skills such as MS Office Suite
Salary: $3,500 Per Month
