Responsibilities:
- To handle/ process all trade transaction in accordance with the procedure manual, rules and regulations
- To perform reconciliation duties on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Scanning of documents/ office copies to SSC and liaison with SSC
- Counter duties
- Mailing of documents
- Sorting and filing of advices/ office copies
- Retrieval of file copies
- Packing for offsite storage
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- 2 years’ experience Trade Finance back office
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, team player, able to work fast within tight timeline
Salary: $3,200 Per Month
