Our reputable MNC client - FMCG Industry looking for Contract Order Management Analyst of a unique individual to join to grow their business.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics related studies with 2 years of supply chain experience in MNC
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantage
- Able to work independently and a team-player as well
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
- Bilingual in English and Japanese language as the role requires managing vendors and customers for the Japan Market
Responsibilities
- Ensure the product delivery to the customer occurs in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer
- Responsible for leading issue resolution related to product ordering and product delivery
- Work closely with all necessary organizations as well as the 3rd party logistics companies and the customers to resolve any product order to delivery issues
- Assist in Order Generation Information through Delivery, Invoicing and Payment
- Respond to customers’ calls and enquiries in a timely manner
- Handle customers’ orders processing with accuracy in SAP
- Implement and improve order management process
- Implement processes to reduce customer receivables and adjustments
- Handle inquiries on price, products and promotions
- Deliver booking and follow-up on delivery incidents with Physical Distribution
- Handle returns and refusals
- Do VMI related tasks
- Issue reports and follow-up on results
Work Schedule/ Location:
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
- Located at Buona Vista
