Contract Order Management Analyst

Our reputable MNC client - FMCG Industry looking for Contract Order Management Analyst of a unique individual to join to grow their business.

 Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Logistics related studies with 2 years of supply chain experience in MNC
  • Knowledge of SAP will be advantage
  • Able to work independently and a team-player as well
  • Good problem solving & analytical skills
  • Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese language as the role requires managing vendors and customers for the Japan Market

 Responsibilities

  • Ensure the product delivery to the customer occurs in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer
  • Responsible for leading issue resolution related to product ordering and product delivery
  • Work closely with all necessary organizations as well as the 3rd party logistics companies and the customers to resolve any product order to delivery issues
  • Assist in Order Generation Information through Delivery, Invoicing and Payment
  • Respond to customers’ calls and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle customers’ orders processing with accuracy in SAP
  • Implement and improve order management process
  • Implement processes to reduce customer receivables and adjustments
  • Handle inquiries on price, products and promotions
  • Deliver booking and follow-up on delivery incidents with Physical Distribution
  • Handle returns and refusals
  • Do VMI related tasks
  • Issue reports and follow-up on results

 Work Schedule/ Location:

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Located at Buona Vista
