Sales Admin

Our reputable SME client looking for Sales Admin of a unique individual to join to grow their business.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any related discipline with at least 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS words, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and independent worker with minimum supervision
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese for handling Chinese speaking clients
  • Good PC literacy

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer’s inquiries, quotations, invoicing & reports
  • Provide admin support, coordinate & complete projects on time
  • Maintain & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Prepare operations reports & ensure all communications platform are updated
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

 Work Schedule/ Location

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm)
  • Located at Kaki Bukit Area
