Our reputable SME client looking for Sales Admin of a unique individual to join to grow their business.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any related discipline with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficient in MS words, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player and independent worker with minimum supervision
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for handling Chinese speaking clients
- Good PC literacy
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer’s inquiries, quotations, invoicing & reports
- Provide admin support, coordinate & complete projects on time
- Maintain & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare operations reports & ensure all communications platform are updated
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Work Schedule/ Location
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm)
- Located at Kaki Bukit Area
