Job Scope:
- Archiving and maintenance of KYC & AML documents
- Assist in preparation of standard pitchbooks, marketing materials, Request for Proposals and presentations
- Prepare client presentations for regular performance review meeting, pitchbooks, product trainings, etc.
- Collating and updating regional pipeline
- Collate responses to Fund Manager surveys by consultants / industry magazines etc.
- Prepare and coordinating of client meetings, roadshows etc.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Assistant or Team Assistant role, preferably in Financial Services industry
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with co-workers and clients
- Well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
- Sense of responsibility
Salary: $5,000 Per Month
