Job Description:
- Support batch job operation on a daily basis (EOD task, End of Day)
- Perform level 1 system trouble-shooting
- Proactive monitoring of server systems basic health checks
- In charge of PC/Audio/Video system
- Resolve incidents (with printers, copiers and scanners)
- Perform ad-hoc task required by business team
- Other duties as assigned by the head of IT team
The ideal candidate would have broad IT skills covering:
- Knowledge in system operation
- Able to prioritize in a high pressure, constantly changing environment with high sense of urgency
- Detail oriented and demonstrable thoroughness of work
- Keen to work in financial institution
- Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or relevant certifications
- Candidate with Linux working experience will be an added advantage
- Network/storage experience is a plus
- Positive Working Attitude
- Strong technical and analytical skills
Salary: $2,800 Per Month
