CONTRACT ADMIN ASSISTANT (BANK)

This role will support the Bank's Trust Managers in various projects.
  1. Regulatory - to review the trust related documentation and the data quality/integrity clean up.
  2. Regulatory - MAS - to maintain daily business and maintain critical risk management processes.
  3. Various projects implementation – to provide on-going monitoring and reporting of actions taken and client responses.
  4. New Business: to support setup and implementation of new business cases.
  5. Day to day Trust Administration/BAU support – to support the team to ensure trust service standards to clients and RMs remain the same.

  • to take charge and support the team in the projects and day to day trust administration

  • Scanning of documentation into system
  • Collation of supporting documentation for business related tasks
