CONTRACT HR ANALYST, TALENT DEVELOPMENT & INCLUSION (BANKING)

  • Managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs as well as talent management activities including registration, administration and logistic/ venue arrangements
  • Support ASIA flagship talent development programs including nominations, working with external partners etc.
  • Work with global teams to support transversal topics related to TDI (Talent Development & Inclusion)
  • Coordination with regional Employee Resource Groups on DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) related topics
  • Support the development of training materials
  • Manage training communication plans
  • Planning and scheduling trainings
  • Processing L&D related invoices
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Profile required

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

  • Min 2 years experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the Banking industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proactive and responsible personality, with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a keen learning attitude
  • Able to act in a confidential manner when handling sensitive information.

Salary Range: $4500 - $5500 Per Month
