Job Description:
- Assist with Account Opening and input data into the system
- Filing and maintenance of clients documents and office documents
- Assist in the administrative projects e.g. archiving of documents/files to send for offsite storage
- Assisting on routine matters in day to day tasks
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, including local and international courier services
- Any other duties and function as assigned from time to time by Customer Services Associates
Requirements:
- Experienced administrator with good Word and Excel skills
- Organized and meticulous with good attention to detail
- Helpful and flexible approach towards supporting the team
- Good communicator with relevant experience
- Candidate up to 2 years working experience is preferred in a similar capacity in a private banking environment
Salary: $5,000 Per Month
