Job Description:
Accounts Payable:
- Provides consistent, timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable (AP) services through managing and conducting daily operational activities.
- Ensure all external invoices are processed in accordance to company’s procedure and policy, with supporting documents
- Check that staff expense claims in compliance with company’s procedure and policy
Admin Supports:
- Visitor reception
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
- Facilities management
- Travel arrangement
- Mobile management
- Security door access and access card management
- Manage office supplies, office equipment & pantry supplies
- Secretarial supports to Captive Head
- Ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
- Ability to work effectively and maintain good relationship with team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure and independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Salary: $3,500 Per Month
