Reporting to the HRIS SVP, the incumbent will provide professional support on various SAP Success Factors Human Resource modules covering 14 countries in Asia
The responsibilities include:
- Managing complex user queries (Tier 3 ) upon training
- Managing complex system incident / issues (Tier 3) upon training
- Maintain data standard and monitor data quality
- Managing form launch
- Managing user access
- Managing quarterly system release process
- Configure system to meet new requirement and improve process
- Design and manage integration of SAP SF with other systems
- Managing SAP SF system performance by working with IT team
- Manage day to day relationship with system vendors and IT
- Design online reports/dashboard
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Information, Mathematics, e-Commerce or similar engineering background
- 2 years or more experience in implementation of HR systems and analytical work in Financial or IT industry
- Excellent Excel skills and data mining; SAP experience is good to have
- Independent, strong team player with ability to work well across all levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High resilience and adaptability
- Innovative especially in a less technology-advance environment
- Passion to drive for continuous process improvement and raise standards of delivery and performance for HR department with the use of technology
Salary: $4,000 to $6,000 Per Month
