Job Descriptions:
- Manage the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Singapore Branch's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management Plan (CMT) framework, policies and procedures
- Ensure that existing Critical Business Functions (CBFs) identified are relevant and exhaustive;
- Facilitate departments annual update of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) & Business Continuity Plans (BCP) documentations, and ensure that all departments document the recovery strategies of their business functions in the plans
- Facilitate relevant departments' annual updates of Branch Incident Response Plans to ensure "Incident Ready" status
- Facilitate regular testing of Branch wide BC and CM plans
- Develop and provide training programmes on all aspect of BCM to all staff
- Pro-actively identify areas of improvement for BCM Program and drive improvement plans
- Assist Department / Team Head in preparing for management updates and managing audit responses
i) Facilitate all logistical arrangements for the Business Continuity Management Working Group (BCMWG) meetings, including the following:
- Sending meeting invites to members
- Preparing and disseminating meeting agenda and presentation material
- Post-preparation of meeting minutes
ii) Prepare inputs for annual BCM attestation to BCMWG and Head Office
iii) Compile draft responses and documented evidences to respond to internal, external and regulatory audits on BCM matters
- Any other duties that is assigned by the Department Head from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a BCM or related role, preferably in a Financial Institution
- Good understanding of both Industry and MAS BCM guidelines and standards
- Certification from professional BCM bodies such as Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI) or Business Continuity Institute (BCI)
- Good interpersonal skills by working with relevant departments
