JOB DESCRIPTION
- Issue purchase order and billing invoices
- Provide services to customer in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
- Correspond with Repair Vendor in RTV (Return to Vendor) process
- Liaise with warehouse and forwarder on all logistics arrangement
- Logistic arrangements
- Generate reports
- Inventory reconciliation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience in After Sales Service (RMA/RTV)
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in SAP
- Experience in MNC environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
