Job Decscription
Securities Settlements:
- Verifying trades and processing with or without minimum supervision
- To process all STP and Non STP trades with zero errors for smooth street side settlement
- To process all AMH/ Euclid instructions in accordance to the trade details and ensure accuracy in the instruction sent to Custodian.
- To ensure all trades are processed by EOD accurately
- Exchanging of SSIs and finalization of settlement confirmation arrangements with brokers
- To maintain and ensure that all trade documentation are properly filed and archived
- Able to liaise with custodians/brokers/middle office to resolve trade disputes and discrepancies
- Liase with counterparty bank timely and promptly; ensure correct Security transfer instructions are released timely; assets(securities) received and/or delivered are reflected into client's account timely and accurately
Security Transfer:
- Check and validate that transfer request abide by bank's policy
- Liase with transfer counterparty to negotiate and agree on transfer details and timeline
- Instruct custodian via SWIFT
- follow up transfer cases to ensure smooth street settlement of the transfer
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder
- Min 2-3 years of securities settlement &/or securities transfer experience
- Familiar with trade processing and verification functions
- Meticulous
- Good communication skill
Salary: $4,000 Per Month
