Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all preventive, maintenance and ad hoc repairs A&A works are carried out promptly, adhering to safety compliance regulations
- Plan, manage and supervise day-to-day operations for preventive and corrective activities
(Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Cleaning, Servicing etc.) - Provide assistance and support relating to office logistics and facilities issues reported by Singapore and Taipei users
- Support the telecommunication network (e.g. telephone, fax, mobile, audio and video conferencing)
- Monitor, coordinate & follow up with Building Facilities Management on issues and queries
- Provide administrative and procurement support for Logistics request
- Maintain the Logistics inventory (Mobile, desks, chairs, cabinet etc… )
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress report and to keep track of essential facilities (e.g. breakdown, consumption, air-con extension, etc.)
- Assist IT team to image new PC, setup new workstation or relocation of work desk when necessary
- Assist to monitor / follow up with vendor/contractor(s) on delivery, work activities for both IT & Logistics Facilities management
- Undertake any duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical/ Building/ Facilities Services or related disciplines with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in office management / administration or technical services
- Analytical, Good customer service oriented mindset and Strong Interpersonal communication skillset
- Independent, Efficient, Resourceful and Innovative
- Possess M&E knowledge with an eye for detail
- Hands-on experience in installation & troubleshooting of PC, Printers, Copiers, Fax machines, iOS and video conferencing equipment etc.
- Proficient knowledge in IT & Logistics hardware (e.g. Telecommunication, Mobile and Printing devices, Video Conferencing)
- Knowledge in WAN/LAN, VLAN networking concept
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
