Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Inventory Management / related studies with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP is advantage
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
• Experience in MNC environments
• Relationship oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and a team-player as well

 Job Responsibilities

• Maintains master data
• Communicates material requirement plans to suppliers and resolves conflicts
• Maintains valid production and supplier schedules
• Communicates the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations and resolves conflicting priorities
• Place Purchase Orders
• Manage, communicate and execute projects
• Manage supply planning and redeployment of products
• Reporting, tracking and action planning for non-performing inventory
• Track and communicate budget to Finance
• Liaise with Country Market and Site planners
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting such as forecast updates etc

Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,000 Per Month
